Spain rules group A and Lithuania and Poland are very likely to join them in the next round. The Gasol brothers seem to be unstoppable but let's wait until they have to fight Serbia or France. The two former mentioned teams will be joined by Germany in the next round but Dirk Nowitzki's team has been easily defeated by Serbia today and it is not likely that the German squad will figure out a way to play the big teams. Greece and Macedonia will go to the next round and will be joined by either Croatia or Bosnia Herzegovina. For all of the teams from group C there is a possibility to go to the quarter-finals because they will be playing Russia, Slovenia and Georgia. So it is going to be very interesting as soon as the next round starts on Wednesday.
